School-Based Services
School-Based Services
Harrigan Development Services partners with school districts by offering both small group and one-on-one services that focus on skill development and mental health education. Our qualified staff have extensive experience & expertise in education systems and school-related topics. We work closely with district staff to identify student needs to ensure our in-school services are relevant and impactful.
Small Groups
Our small groups are designed to teach students life long skills relevant both inside and outside of the classroom. Examples of group topics include anxiety, family change, academic skills, friendship and self-regulation. The groups are 6-8 weeks and have a limited number of students for a more individualized experience.
Individual Services
Our Individual Mentors work on targeted goals established by school staff, parents and students. Examples of goals include self-regulation strategies, peer-to-peer communication, organization strategies, and self advocacy.
