Josh Strasser

Josh has a master's degree in Education from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a focus on adolescent engagement. Josh has over four years of experience tutoring, coaching, and teaching adolescents. He began his career working for Sylvan Learning Center where he worked one-on-one with students with exceptionalities/disabilities of various ages.

Becoming a high school social studies teacher, Josh quickly became a regular Individualized Educational Program team member and helped implement all levels of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports for struggling students. Pursuing a one-on-one approach further, Josh joined Harrigan Development Services where he works predominantly with adolescents and young adults to reach social-emotional goals and develop independent living skills.

Josh believes in a multi-faceted approach (family, friends, and community) for positive youth development and utilizes athletics/physical activity to build relationships and skills.
